Thankful?

                 Are we really thankful? Think about it, sure we bow are heads in public and ask for blessings over the food before we eat it. But is it just for show? You know "hey look at me I say grace" kinda thing. What about in the privacy of our own homes? Are we still as humble and thankful? Or our we foul mouth naysayers? Who only see the bad, worse or worst in everything and everyone. Instead of being thankful that all our needs are looked after,we bitch and raise hell about having to do any of it. What if we didn't have the means to look out for ourselves? Then maybe and that's a small maybe, we could gripe. Then what lessons were we supposed to take from Job? He lost everything and everyone yet he still didn't ask if God had forsaken him. He kept going and was reward 10 fold. God restored what he lost and then some. So next time your feel like grumping about the mundane parts of life that are beyond your control, remember it can ALWAYS BE WORSE. Stop and FIND your thankfulness. Quietly and privately take the time to remember Who is really taking care of you.
