the thoughts come in jagged pieces
       tearing flesh as they fall
                   the voices are quiet in my head
       silent waiting for the rage to come
                   the calm is terrifying
       so placid and deadly
                   the truth is dawning ever so slowly
       taking it's time to brew the torrent
                    the storm will come
       violent and all consuming........
                     woe be unto those caught in the path

                  Not much to say lately. My life, much like the nations, is complete chaos. Ok so my life ain't quite the chaos that the nation is but I've just been so disgruntled and down cast that I haven't had the ability to form it into words. Ya'll got eyes that see just like mine. Ya'll got eyes that have been crying just like mine. I just keep waiting for my eyes to open from this wretched dream, not yet a nightmare but so close it's discomforting. Are you waiting for your eyes to open too?
