The words just are floating half drowning in my mind. There is so much going on here in my little world. Life is hollow, life is unyielding, life just handed me 9 puppies, 9. A drop off stray, who's nothing but a puppy herself, had 9 little wiggly rollypolly furballs. She's not a big dog, sorta medium size maybe 25-30 pounds. 9 puppies. She seems to be a good momma, they are 4 weeks old and she brought them to me to help her look after them. Got them cleaned up. They took right to eating soft food with no problems. We took pictures and started looking for homes for all of them. Where we live, out in the boonies of northwest Burke county, people dump more than trash at the dumpsters on a regular basis. In the 19 years I've lived here I have never had to go get a dog or cat, they come to us. Puppies, kittens, old dogs, young dogs, mutts purebreds, cats are the same way. I try not to condemn or condone, I do not stand in their shoes nor do they stand in mine.
